The Government of La Rioja, through the Department of Industry, Innovation and Employment, approved the hiring of several Agents Local Employment Promotion (APEL) distributed throughout the community to be more fences of companies, entrepreneurs and unemployed workers. This agreement was made between the Government of La Rioja and the Commonwealth of the Peoples of Moncalvillo, grouping they belong to the people as Rioja Daroca Train, Fuenmayor Moncalvillo furnaces, Navarrete, Medrano, Sotés, Sojuela and Ventosa.

The function of an APEL is to communicate, inform and advise companies and entrepreneurs from our commonwealth subsidies for training and job creation initiatives and improving the competitiveness of enterprises.
The creation of this municipal service advice, guidance and employment promotion aims to increase the number of entrepreneurs who receive our full technical support, as well as small and medium enterprises.
But this service is also designed for the general population, which may have tutored training sessions and guidance in finding employment.

In order to promote the municipalities also conducted environmental projects for local development and tourism compatible with our natural environment so that they can take advantage of the resources of the area.
